The only reason why I was not blown away by the service was because the extra aromatherapy was not worth the additional fee. I just got a few whiffs of the scent and that's it. The additional hand massage was not worth the additional fee either.

I made an appointment for a couples massage, after going back and forward with the person on the phone about the importance of the time and to be together. When we got to check in, there was no couples' available even when I booked and confirm with the receptionist days before. Also there was a confussion about transferring a service and check out was kind of weird but recepcionist was kind enough to give us some complementary discount for next visit which was a nice way to deal with a not so happy customer. I never had any issues before, first time.

There was a booking error with my original appointment, which my mother had booked. When she tried to call, the phone rang and then went to voicemail. No one answered the several times she tried to call that day. I ended up rebooking. I did get a membership after I finally got my facial but didn't learn about the 30 day notice until I had already signed the papers. The front desk did not make all the clauses clear before I signed the paperwork. I will probably cancel sooner than later to avoid dealing with that.

I have sensitive skin, but I thought I would try the regular facial because I think $20 is a little much to pay for changing out products from regular to those for sensitive skin. The regular facial caused some redness and dryness in my skin. Adding $20 to the cost seems like a lot to me. I am going to do some research and see what other nearby spas charge before I decide. I would like to better understand why the huge price difference??? I called and asked but did not get an answer yet. Someone is supposed to be calling me back, but I didn't hear back today. Hopefully I will get a response by tomorrow.

I was not dissatisfied with anything. I marked "satisfied" or "highly satisfied" on everything. I only marked "highly satisfied" on those things that are exceptional. I will return to this location and see if the level of service is consistent on every visit. That will earn more "highly satisfied" answers.

My regular therapist was not available ... and I just prefer her over who I had.

I've never had a relaxing massage, I've always asked for someone to focus on my back and neck. I will ask for that next time because for me that's more relaxing. Sha is awesome and I will always schedule my appointments with her!
