Friendly personnel and my esthetician was great!!!!

Because of everything, you guys just asked us they actually do it. I’ve never had to wait, the people at the front desk are very knowledgeable, they give you the full 50-55 minutes of facial time and no hard cell on products. I call & they always have an appointment time I want. Plus it’s a really good facial.

It was easy to book and find a time, especially with their later hours, as I work later. The masseuse was extremely knowledgeable and addressed all the areas I asked for, while managing expectations on what she could: couldn’t do with my allotted time.

Facial and person giving the facial were superior. The anesthesist told me at the start that my points would pay for an upgrade on my facial. When I went to check out the receptionist told me that was not correct- was irritable about it- said she could comp the upgrade. She said points cannot be used for upgrades during a service. I definitely think they should be. I didn't like any of the choices for use of the points. Receptionist was not happy we were told that and didn't seem thrilled to comp us. However, overall, I am very happy with this location and usually only great things happen there. It's a wonderful place. Just wish the points were more accessible.

They were able to see me last minute. The massage helped get some tension in my back out and relieve pain.
