Ms. Ying was superb in helping me alleviate my calf and shoulder stiffness due to over exercising. I felt great after my massage and even bought another gift card because of the excellence of Ms. Ying.

I have been to 3 Hand and Stone locations. 2 in Texas and 1 in Florida. The quality of service far superior in Texas, but the facilities are all above par. The environment in itself exhumes relaxation because of the cleanliness and ambiance.

Not only did he listen to my focus areas for just working on my neck and shoulders for the session but Philip showed me some amazing stretches to do at home as well. I always come out feeling soo much better afterwards 🤩

My esthetician is truly the best. She listens to your concerns and makes you feel relaxed and does an amazing job. She is awesome.

Consistency in providing excellent service.

I had a massage the day before that made me feel so energized that I decided to do one again the next day with the same therapist. The only unpleasant thing about this visit was the lobby smelled like marijuana when I finished my session. I asked about that, and the receptionist said one of the clients had just come in and admitted she had gotten high in her car. They tried to use an air freshener, but the smell was still pretty intense at the time, and not really their fault.
