Hand and Stone

My service provider ensured my comfort during the facial and paid attention to what my goals were and addressed them directly. I understand staff are encouraged to "upsell" services (happens every appointment I have ever had at a H&S); although I declined her original recommendations my provider provided other options that were more affordable.

Chelsea hit all the right spots, asked her to focus on neck and she did, started out w a concrete neck and left w a doughy neck, will request her again. Already bought two gift cards to use for the future.

The massage therapist Ying was great. She is the reason I return to Hand and Stone. She gives a great massage!

I don't know what I would do with out H&S Memorial! Everyone I meet is more than lovely, they're so friendly and welcoming, the therapists really know their stuff. It's my home away from home!

The service at this location was so superior to the Rice Village one.

Jessica is a constant professional. Always welcoming. The front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Would be nice to have more products available to purchase for gifts.

Ying is the perfect masseuse! She listens to what you want and need and does not talk while giving the massage (other than to ask how you’re doing or if the pressure is ok) I always accidentally fall asleep because I’m so relaxed with her.

Hand and Stone is convenient to my home in my neighborhood. I do like certain people, especially Ying to give me my message.
