Hand and Stone

I had been a member at a location in San Antonio previously. They had messed up my membership login and had never been able to find a way to help me log into the app or the website after numerous attempts. I decided to cancel my membership at the location in San Antonio because of this and the fact that I was moving to Houston. I made the appointment at a Houston location and they took the time to ask me if I wanted to re-enroll in the membership and helped me get into my account. It ended up being a pretty simple fix, though it did take about 15 mins. I appreciate her help so so much! The front desk girl (I've forgotten her name) was extremely nice and patient and helpful which made my decision to join again very easy. The massage therapist, Hector, did a great job on my sore calves, relieving the pain I had with hot stones and the perfect amount of pressure. Overall, It was probably one of the best experiences I've had at a hand and stone over the past 3ish years.

The staff opened the door when I arrived a bit before they opened. They offered water while I waited and my therapist took me a few minutes early.

Everyone was very courteous when I came! The Therapist was on time and helped me relax! He was very knowledgeable and applied the right pressure! I will definitely use Caesar again!!

Your website could use some improvement. It doesn't function smoothly.

My skin felt more hydrated and blemish spots improved.
