Friendly Staff Great therapist Quiet, relaxing, stress free massage

Massage therapist spent time on the right area. She applied correct pressure during the massage. The aromatherapy added to my relaxation. I felt the room was clean.

My facial was very thorough and comfortable. She explained the steps and types of facials available. My skin felt so nice afterwards. I think I will get facials more often!

Cesar was amazing. He really cared about my fro lol areas, and I love that he made minimal conversation and let me relax. A lot of the therapist there just talk to much during the massage.

The check in process, the friendliness and kindness from the staff to the therapist. I liked how there are customizable options to make your massage better and I like how the loyalty program and membership is used to incrue points to make your future massages for any options to use. My previous massage place didn't have that(massage heights) and the membership is very reasonable compared to massage heights.

The front desk people are very polite and knowledgeable. The facility/restrooms are very clean and neat. The massage therapist was very professional and knowledgeable about the areas I told him that bothered me.
