The reception staff and therapist Ying were friendly and accommodating. Ying was a wonderful therapist for a prenatal massage.

Yang, my therapist, is so great. She is strong, listened to where I needed more attention and is very thorough. Also very friendly. Everyone at the Memorial Hand and Stone is great.

My massage therapist and the receptionists were phenomenal. They all were very professional and delivered a world-class customer experience for me. Hopefully they can be recognized for their efforts.

The staff was friendly and professional. They were not pushy with the membership. Henry did a great job. He adjusted pressure as needed.

It was very easy to make an appointment and many locations near me. Staff were friendly and gave thorough explanations on what to expect.

My first impressions were good overall. Customer service was great! Felt comfortable with the room. I had a massage and wanted to purchase body oil but no products of this nature were available. Receptionist was clueless about body products wasn’t even aware of products even for face skin care that were on display like Dermalogica which I do use. Please add body care products.
