My first impressions were good overall. Customer service was great! Felt comfortable with the room. I had a massage and wanted to purchase body oil but no products of this nature were available. Receptionist was clueless about body products wasn’t even aware of products even for face skin care that were on display like Dermalogica which I do use. Please add body care products.

Tristan is an EXCELLENT massage therapist! I have had massages all over the world from Bhutan to Britain and I can say that he is without a shadow of doubt the best massage therapist I have had! So much so, that I have booked my weekly appointments with him until the end of December 2022, so I don't miss out!

I came to destress and relax and that’s exactly what I got. The coconut water was delicious and the knowledge of the staff was excellent.

Leo is the best! I hope you know how wonderful he is. He is able to pinpoint problem areas without me having to tell him. Leo is well trained and he is outstanding.

The appointment was on time. The massage therapist was one of the best I've had at this location. She stretched my arms/body, which I haven't had a therapist do before. The pressure of the massage was good. She specifically asked me if there were any areas that she needed to work on or stay away from. I appreciate this.
