Valerie was amazing. Gentle with my skin. Listened to my concerns and helped guide me during the whole process. And the reception team were very friend and welcoming. I don't recall his name, but a young man was training. He and his trainer were at the front desk training. Yet I did not feel like his training was any way slowing down my process and they were very professional. In fact I walked back by the store front after going to the restaurant and a store in the same shopping center and he waved to me as I passed. Made me feel like I was important to the staff.

You offer excellent service in everything you do. Phenomenal reception staff, the best massage therapy experience, with a warm and welcoming environment. I always leave feeling relaxed soothed after every massage.

All the staff at Hand & Stone were very nice and knowledgeable. My massage therapist, Tristan, was very good. He used the right amount of pressure on my back. The front desk girls helped me schedule my next appointment.

Ebony was a very skilled, professional and knowledgeable Masseuse with whom I was very pleased. I came for a massage which I needed since I had exercised excessively. Ebony listened to my needs and applied the pressure I needed to feel so much better.

I have been using the same therapists for most visits.She listens to my specific problem areas and does a great job working on my problem. I will try and use her again.
