The appointment was on time. The therapist was friendly and effective. The location is always well kept.

Everything was clean and very comfortable. The massage therapist focused on the areas I asked and definitely helped with my relaxation. The front desk went above and beyond helping me with my purchase as I had been given gift cards to use for this appointment.

Ying is highly effective with her skill level and overall creates a valued experience.

The staff were very friendly. The massage therapist (Henry) listened and provided the pressure I requested in the specific areas we discussed. The only reason I will not be coming back to the Memorial Drive (Houston TX) location is because I live in Maryland. I was just visiting for the weekend. I will be scheduling a Hands and Stone massage in the Columbia, MD area. Thank you very an enjoyable experience!!

The front office staff is always kind and friendly. The waiting area is always clean. My therapist Ying is amazing. I always feel better after my massage. Ying is knowledgeable, friendly and an excellent masseuse.

I enjoy my monthly massages though a bit disappointed that the price went up. I appreciate that you are not a hard up sell, and appreciate the birthday discount though would be nice if you sent it to me instead of my having to ask. Leo did a good job, his music was peaceful.
