The ambience and massages I have had by the therapists at Hand and Stone are head and shoulders above other massage membership places I have tried. While I was disappointed that my therapist, Esmeralda, left, I have found another therapist that I like almost as well. I really like the ambience of the lobby area.

I have been coming here for several years. I have never had an issue with any of the staff members, the place is always clean and everyone is always friendly. My only opinion is, if we shut down again for covid, as a curtesy to your guest all accounts should automatically go on hold. The last shut down I was charged every month y'all were closed and could not get in contact with anyone to pause my account. Just a suggestion, thank you
