Esmeralda is great, and very knowledgeable in massage. She gives great tips for after as well. I'll be back soon for sure.

Mickey dod a great job. She showed me the "emergency button" and asked me about my problem areas and if there was any area she should avoid. She asked me about my pressure preference and was responsive anytime I gave feedback. She showed that she care about me enjoying my massage by verbally checking on me through the session. I will definitely request Mickey for my next appointment.

Triston listened to my concerns and worked on them all. His skillful knowledge relieved my pain and I will return to see him.

I have been a member for several years and the Memorial location is my favorite. The massage therapists are all very good. Esmerelda is the best! I normally get add-ons with my massage and this is a great option. The front desk staff is always helpful on the phone and pleasant in person. I would like to see add-ons menu available when you check in and the price. I have not had a facial with my membership, but I look forward to doing this soon. Great team at the Memorial Hand and Stone!

Honestly Ramona is the best therapist I've ever had. Every time I have a session with Ramona, I feel like a whole new person walking out. She is so knowledgeable, so skilled, so professional, and overall such a great masseuse! Truth be told, I've considered my membership with Hand and Stone numerous times since signing up. But since working with Ramona, I will continue my membership there until Ramona goes elsewhere. I'll say that most of the therapists at H&S are good (excluding Julie who is just not compatible with my needs and was so bad my friends swore to ever return to H&S). But Ramona is the only one who is skilled enough to keep me from straying to other spas. Her massages have got me raving to friends about and recommending H&S to all my colleagues, family and friends.

Calling is quick and easy to make appointments. I keep trying to do them online but the system is difficult from my phone and I've had issues with signing in to my account every time I try to log in. My massage therapist, Esmerelda, is amazing and I'll continue coming to see her! Note, I didn't notice the reception are cleaning the chairs in between guests leaving. I assume they did that maybe after I left the waiting area. There are signs on every other chair not to sit to allow for spacing.

Staff was friendly, cheerful, & helpful. Charisa recommended best facial for my skin issues & helped me select the correct product for my mother for lightening bruises. Location was easy to get to, even though farther from my home than the Sugar Land location, & was clean, relaxing, & safe.
