Overall Great Experience and when I needed to cancel one my appts due to financial issues they were very understanding and pleasant about it

I was satisfied because the therapist was able to relieve stress and tension in my upper back. The therapist was also very understanding and made the experience worth while.

Charisa is by far my favorite esthetician. She has done so much for the health of my skin and always gives me good advice because I work in the tanning industry. Love going to her and always will be booking with her.
