I met Leila and she offered a facial. I was there to buy products. She was knowledgeable and very friendly.

The receptionists could not be any more pleasant and helpful. The therapists are consistently wonderful and I’m so thankful you all have found ways to stay safe during reopening. I switched from another massage place (massage heights) because the experience at hand and stone was night and day from scheduling to product offering to multiple great therapists to choose from.

The aesthetician was really wonderful. She explained everything, because I had questions since I don't regularly get facials. She chose products that were best for my skin type. It was the most relaxing facial I've ever had. My skin looks and feels great! I'll definitely book another service with her.

For my first facial it was a wonderful experience. The person was very knowledgeable on skincare and was able to inform me in a way I could understand but also not overwhelm me.

Friendly reception, however one of greeters had mask over mouth but below nose ( ineffective). Got a 5 minute late start, but massage was very nice.

Alexis is an excellent esthetician, very knowledgeable, gentle, professional and displays a real passion for her work.
