Massage therapist was very knowledgeable and addressed all my issues. My issue about the time is that the massage started a few minuets later but ended exactly 5 minutes to the hours. This has happened before. I feel like I don’t get a full 55 minute service.

Was easy to get an appointment. Appointment was timely. Felt comfortable & safe. What I don't understand is why I can be face up without a mask for a facial, but would have to wear a mask when I'm face up for a massage. Doesn't make sense if both technicians are wearing masks. As a result, I cancelled my massage & will reschedule when I don't have to wear a mask.

Adri at the Memorial location is great! Before this location opened, another location at San Felipe opened earlier. So I made an appointment there with Carmen that was to happen on Memorial Day. When I arrived, no one there knew about the appointment. In fact, Carmen was not even working that day. That was strange. I was happy when Adri’s location opened so I could go there.
