Hand and Stone

I like all that hand and stone has to offer. I can usually get the appointment time I am looking for. I feel badly for the therapist that do not get a better percentage of the intake

The receptionist when I got there was very friendly and welcoming. My massage therapist, Tristan, is very professional and knowledgeable about the musculoskeletal system. What I've often wondered and forgotten to ask when I'm there is when one gets a "Stone" massage, how are the stones cleaned/disinfected between massages?

I like going there. The staff are extremely friendly and I like my esthetician a lot. Easy to get appointments.

I go to two locations. Each time I was greeted and treated very well. I am always offered the coconut water before and after my appointment. I would like to give some recognition to Jessica who works in the hand and stone in memorial location in Houston Texas. She is the best. communicates well! and works on my injuries. hand and stone has been great

There was a problem with my membership but they fix it-Amanda and Kennedy helped me to get back my membership and the packages remaining ot I still have.

Great service, from beginning to end

Meredith was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly at the spa. Enjoyed my time and next visit I will do an hour and a half.
