I am a Hand and Stone member because of Esmerelda. She is amazing! I will stay a customer as long as she's working there. The only issue I have is that I am unable to set up an account online to book appointments. I have inquired twice now (not during my most recent visit), and the front desk staff have told me there's nothing they can do, it is an IT issue and they can't help me.

Everyone is friendly , very welcoming & I absolutely love my Esthetician Bri she is amazing, sweet and very knowledgeable on products and skin care in general . She has been amazing I enjoy my treatments w/her!

Julie is a fabulous massage therapist! One of the best, and I have had massages in 55 different countries! Angel is a wonderful receptionist too. She's always ready with a beautiful big smile Well done!
