Appointments always seem to be available and the front desk staff is always friendly on the phone and in person. I did not know however until the second appointment that I could have coconut water and in different flavors. This was my 3rd appointment.

The receptionist is really nice and friendly. Tristan is really good at what he does. I’m happy he’s my massage therapist.

The receptionist was very polite and professional. The atmosphere is very calming. Tristen was highly recommended by Dr. Fred Bonner who is also a client and, he informed me that he has always had a pleasant experience. I must agree that Tristen does not disappoint, his professionalism, skill and, technique are great!! This is my second visit to Hand & Stone and overall it has been a great experience!

Very nice and friendly receptionist (Angela) greeted me when I walked in and explain the services and terms of the membership. I loved it because it was month to month not 12 month membership. They are open 7 days a week and that works with my busy schedule very well. I had a massage with Ying and that made my day.

Skilled and knowledgeable therapist was able to release the pain knots, reduce sinus headache and help me understand the pros and cons and the various options

I felt very comfortable. Only one glitch I requested a peppermint scalp treatment but it didn’t get on my order. I’ll get it next time
