The massage therapist listened and was in tuned to your needs at the Memorial location . I’ve been to the Sugar Land location 2x and even though I told the therapists the area I want them to focus in both visits the therapists were not willing to help relieve my shoulder tension. The therapists at Sugar land are not too friendly. I am happy I went to the Memorial location.

I was able to get an appt for the day/time desired in short notice. The esthetician was friendly, knowledgeable, and included two services that were covered my my rewards.

My appointment was supposed to be at 3:30 and it started at 3:34-3:35. Just wanted to be sure I’m still receiving my full hour as I know things can come up. I would have liked for that to be explained in the future
