The physical facility is neat, clean and the waiting room bright and comfortable. The staff at the front desk are very friendly, call me by name and are always helpful. Esmeralda is a great massage therapist and is the reason I keep coming back to Hand and Stone.

Everyone is always so friendly. I love the massage therapist I go to. She’s always so nice and knowledgeable about what she does. I always recommend her when I tell people about the place.

East of making appointment. Front desk staff were nice. My therapist Julie is amazing.
