I love going to Hand & Stone on Memorial. I have noticed different people at the front desk every time I go. Not sure if they have problems keeping employees. My massage person is not there anymore as the one before him disappeared too. I hope you are paying your employees well enough for them to stay.

The 2 times I have been to Hand and Stone, the appointments have started late by about 15 minutes. I feel that my massage is 45 minutes both times rather than 50 minutes because the therapists are running behind.

I loved how Bri customized my facial so well! I’ve neglected my face lately and she helped me tons with her expertise, my husband noticed immediately when I saw him later that day. Ying as always did a marvelous job!!! I will recommend to everyone to see them.

The memorial location is my favorite. Everyone is very nice and it is always clean. I never have to wait long. Recently I’ve been going to Meredith and she is amazing.

Been a member for several years & love H&S. The staff is always friendly & cheerful, & greets me when I walk in. Charisa is amazing...I followed her from the Sugar Land location, where I joined, to the Memorial location where she now works. I refer everyone I know to her for facials. I still go to the Sugar Land location for my massages. Ida gives great massages & I refer everyone I know to her for massages. I wish I didn't have to go to 2 different locations, especially since I live 10 minutes from Sugar Land, but I have full conficence in Charisa & tried a couple of other techs at Sugar Land after she left, but they didn't compare to her, so I started going to Memorial for my facials.

Just the overall experience. Relaxing. Did not have to talk during my treatment. Great job.

I love that my therapist listens to my needs all the time. I also like that she uses the right pressure and the right product during the service. Meredith also takes the time to establish a relationship with you as a friend!

I like Ying because she doesn’t talk while she works. She also is very sweet and considerate of my needs.
