I specifically went to this appointment do to a shoulder issue. The therapist spent the entire time working on my shoulder, which is what I wanted. She applied affective pressure but it was never too hard.

The overall exerience was great. Clientel were very professional and welcoming. Facial was very soothing and helped my skin

The facial was thorough and I liked that most of the products did not have a scent. Everyone was helpful and friendly and the spa was an attractive place to relax,

Except for the limited hours Cruz works, I never have any issue with the wonderful massage therapy he provides. He always asks about any issues/soreness I might be experiencing prior to starting and checks my comfort during the session regularly. Won't go to anyone else for a massage!

The staff was very welcoming and greeted me when I came in, asked if I needed a drink, etc. The spa was very relaxing and clean. My therapist more than met my needs.

Cleanliness, great massage. Only thing I would recommend is to tell the therapists not to talk alot to the clients when getting a massage. I personally just want to go and relax and not have to talk.

I’m a return customer. Jordy is knowledgeable, & seems to know I don’t chatterbox during my sessions because I’m there for 100% attention to stress relief & relaxation. I appreciate all of his expertise.

The receptionist is always friendly, my esthetician is wonderful she really targets what my face needs and I’m so satisfied.

I love my Esthetician, Charisa...I will follow her where ever she goes...hopefully, she will stay with H&S. The salons are always clean & relaxing. Everyone is friendly, cheerful, & helpful.
