The staff was very accommodating and welcoming.

Very nice staff and the way they treat us. One thing though, when I enrolled, I was informed and I saw it in writing that the facial should take 1 full hour, nonetheless, they do it for 50 min only. and this time, I had a 10 min delay to get there due to an accident, and they deducted 10 min from my time making the session 40 min. only. Wasn't that happy about that.

Very nice place that greets you by name as you walk in for appointment. Every therapist I have had has done a great job and made me feel better.

The sports massage by Cruz was excellent. He listened to my request to focus on certain areas, and his massage was tuned to those areas. Pressure was strong but very effective. Probably one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Thank you!

I like that the front office got up and greeted you when you walked into the door, I love how everyone smiles and takes care of you.

I was upset when I heard that Qing-Qing was no longer at the Memorial location. I asked the receptionist who was a good replacement for Qing-Qing and she recommended Nadiyah. I will miss Qing-Qing, but Nadiyah was not a disappointment. I will continue to see Nadiyah.

Tracey is an excellent therapist. She concentrates on the areas I request and gives a full body massage. Her instructions are precise and helpful.
