Both the esthetician and the massage therapist really focus on my needs and asked key questions to reveal how they could beat help. You could tell they both were very experienced and knowledgeable about their practice.

I spoke to her about stress in my shoulders and she addressed that area very well. But w/o killing me. She also massaged my feet that was important to me to help relax. I think that should be addressed because feet massage is big in total relaxing.

The Esthetician, Lisa, was very friendly and communicative in terms of determining my skin type and any skin issues before beginning. She offered many options to address my concerns and seemed very experienced and knowledgeable.

My facial was very well done, Stephanie did a great job at the Lake Nona office. I am definitely coming back for my next facial, she was nice, sweet, thorough, knowledgeable and over all amazing.

The staff and massage therapists were very professional and met all my expectations. The salon was clean and the music was relaxing.

Gloria was fantastic! She helped me relax and eased all my aches and pains. She will be my new regular massage therapist!
