I was highly satisfied because I had been having issues with my membership since I transferred it to the new location. It was resolved that morning. Followed by an amazing massage.

Lori is an exceptional therapist. She has done deep tissue and Himalayan hot stone massages for me. She leaves me in a very relaxed and peaceful state.

The fact hat that some employees are not vaccinated makes me feel unsafe and I will likely take a break from my membership because of this. There have been issues with the front desk - not answering the phone when I called over 20 times in 6 hours and even left a message that was never returned. Despite there being 2 of them, they often act "busy" when you walk in so that you have to wait there for minutes, while in the mean time, others walk in and now there's congestion there did not need to be. I was once told "all you need is gratuity". While I always tip well, I thought the statement was rude as typically they as "would you like to add gratuity". Numerous times I've had to wait longer than I should to check out because they turn their attention to a person who came out after me while I'm waiting for them to look up.

Stephanie is very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. She was not intimidating and felt that my questions were reasonable and answered them very well. She knew exactly what to do about my problem areas and how to explain them to me in a way I would understand.
