Everything was perfect. I arrived early and was taken back a little early. Lisa was very friendly & knowledgeable.

My massage therapist paid attention to the areas I wanted work on and she also had an amazing flow. Her pressure was super perfect as well.

Jesel was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable as always. The front desk staff were also friendly, timely and professional.

While I enjoyed the facial, all the steps for facial were followed and the timing was accurate of being 1 hour, I found the time for massaging as part of the facial to be less than my prior experience at other salons and more of simply ticking the task. I would appreciate a longer time to be spent relaxing the neck and facial muscles as part of the facial routine.

Cheryl was very professional and took time to understand my specific needs. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with her and look forward to my next visit.
