My esthetician( I forgot her name) was very friendly. I loved how she took the time to explain what she used on my skin and also answered all the skin care questions I had. She was very polite and down to earth; I would absolutely request her my next visit.

Staff was great. Nice atmosphere. Areas were clean and tidy. Music was a little too loud, but still relaxing.

My therapist Theresa is very skilled and professional. One of the best therapists I have ever had especially at Hand and Stone. I have had a bad experience at this location before and would have stopped my membership if I had not found Theresa
