Grateful to have found another deep tissue therapist at H and S. Overall suggestions- would love to book wax appointments on the app instead of calling in, also, IMAGE is a great line and I think you could sell it so much more with better advertising!

My therapist Jessica is the best and understands my needs. Also, there has been a great improvement with the new receptionists. They are very friendly as always and know how to figure out how to use my monthly packages and gift cards without me having to explain as I used to alot in the past.

My esthetician was extremely kind, knowledgeable & professional. She took the time to discuss my concerns & address them. Her upsell attempt was customized to me and my areas of concern and wasn’t super off-putting, which can be an easy trap to fall in.

I have enjoyed each service that I have received. I will continue to go back!
