I've been experiencing soreness in my left shoulder, but after my massage, it has felt much better.

The therapist got all my target areas. She even offered other upgrade which I purchased. The room was very clean

Checked in through the app with no issues. Minimal wait before Jessica called me back. She was helpful and pleasant as always. Massage helped to release some of soreness from a long run the day before.

Mandy is my esthetician and she is the best. She is so sweet, so knowledgeable, and always makes me feel comfortable. On top of all that, I leave the room glowing.

THE RECEPTIONISTS ARE EXTREMELY CORDIAL, THEY KNOW YOUR NAME, HAPPY WITH GIFT ITEMS AND PROMOTIONS. THERAPISTS ARE MOSTLY EXCELLENT AND ACCOMODATING. I ENJOY MY MASSAGES LOVING THE HOT STONES.

Key did an awesome job working on the specific area that I told her that was bothering me. The pressure that she used throughout the massage was just what I wanted. She was very friendly and nice.

I really needed a massage to help relax and ease my low back pain. The therapist was very courteous and professional. The whole experience was wonderful and long overdue.

Feeling good when arriving and having a great experience with a professional massage therapists...the only negative I can say about Hand & Stone is the waiting area when trying to get ready for the massage experience- too much commotion and conversation going on in the waiting area...should be separate to prep the experience other than that, I look forward to my massage every 2 weeks with an awesome therapist.
