Ashley is an EXCELLENT therapist. As a former athlete, I have many body areas that give me trouble and she is always able to identify the root cause of pain and work on those particular areas. She has a great understanding of the body and each massage session includes a combination of techniques that seem to be tailored to my particular needs.
