Prompt appointment, friendly atmosphere at the lobby, and the therapist was very nice, friendly and concerned about pain or discomfort while massaging. Ms. Monica is a high quality employee, very courteous and polite. I highly recommend her to anyone and when I return I will always ask for her to assist me again and again.
