As always, the staff from check in to the actual massage and check out was extremely professional. The massage room was inviting and relaxing. I added the hot stone and loved it.

I love being a member in Hand and Stone, since I enter I instantly feel the serenity I am looking for, the receptionists are all so very nice and welcoming before and after each appointment. I have had a great experience with everyone as well as with the products that they use and that I have purchased. I also would like to thank the receptionists for respecting my wishes on not asking me out loud if I would like to leave gratuity. As I mentioned before, I can't do so everytime I go and definitely not the amount that I have heard other members leave.

Everyone was friendly and most important service was really good. I didn’t had to wait for long for my turn to come. soon as I inter in they welcomed me with smile. I checked in after few minutes I was in for my body massage. My massage lady knew what she was doing I was relaxed after my massage
