Hand and Stone

As a member of Hand and Stone I expect the best and every time I enter this establishment I am treated as such. I am never dissatisfied with the reception area and my massage therapist is always on point. I am loyal to one therapist, Susie, and she is always at her best, tending to my needs and making me feel so much better when I walk out than when I entered.

I love the work that is done in my skin and how better and more hydrated is now

I got to my 12:30 appointment 5 min. early. Therapist came to get me at 12:38. I was laying on my bed for the massage at 12:41 and she came in about a minute or less after that. My massage was done by 1:25. She tried helping me with my problem area. She recommended the mini Himalayan hot stone so it would be more effective since my back was pretty tight and I believe it helped. :) I almost wished it would have been complimentary to make up for the fact that I didn’t get my full time in my massage. But she was very kind and helpful and so I didn’t mention it. A simple acknowledgment of what time it was when I was called in would’ve been nice.

Thank you to all the friendly receptions up at the front. Sorry y’all probably did give me your names but I don’t remember. I would like to say Marry was super friendly and did awesome job on getting the knots out of my back. I will recommend her to people will be back soon!!

Julie is awesome. She is always very welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable of the massages I need depending on my body aches. She never rushes through the massage session, and she is always on time.

Everyone at this location is always friendly and welcoming. The massage and facial therapists ask if I’m experiencing any problems before they start the treatment and address any concerns.

My massage therapist really listened to my needs and took her time working those areas.

Best massage therapist ever.

The reception team are the best, especially Dani Colon. She is always welcoming and engaging. Zoé is my permanent massage therapist. There are none better. She is so awesome.

Love to come to this location of ha d and stone in Lake Nona. Is a 30 minutes drive from my home but I love the awesome service I received from front desk to massage therapist. I highly recommend this location. Keep up the great job!!!
