The receptions is always friendly and welcoming. It's is very calming in the waiting area with the fountain and spa music going. Mandy is always prompt for appts and very professional.

The atmosphere feels professional. The massage therapists are knowledgable and efficient. There is a real desire to please the customer's preferences which I find extremely polite.

Nikki was phenomenal. Nothing wrong with the massage. Superb. The front desk allowed a lady in the waiting area to have a loud facetime call which was distracting and annoying. Also, they forgot to charge me for the CBD upgrade when I was checking out and had to call me later to confirm and charge me then. I understand mistakes are made, but it's kind of low class and unprofessional to forget and then come collect the money because they didn't do what they were supposed to do at the time of check out. Besides that it was a great visit and I'm pleased with my membership I've held for the last couple years and will continue.
