Reception never mentioned products but therapist Jessica was amazing

From the time I called and set up my appointment until I left my massage, I felt cared for. I was very satisfied with the helpfulness of the receptionist and the attentiveness of my massage therapist Ali. I was so grateful that this experience at Hand & Stone helped relieve my lower back pain!

Jessica is very personable along with very knowledgeable. I continue to book massages only with her whenever possible.

My therapist is very knowledgeable and knows me and my problem areas and can find and work on mussels that are tight and need additional attention.

I love my esthetician Melissa. She understands my skin and tailors my service for what I need that month. She also reviews my points ahead of time and knows when I have accrued enough for an up level service.

I had never had a massage before and was a bit nervous but, Maria was great at explaining what would be done. Dee was also amazing I really appreciated her educating me about my skins and its needs.

My satisfaction is solely based on how well Jessica can ease the tension and aches. I only keep going back because of her.
