Theresa is great. She always knows just where it hurts and how to make me feel better. The friendliness of the staff is always reassuring also.

Deborah was the massage therapist. mShe was caring, easy to talk to, and very professional.

Chelsey did a wonderful job by asking about the amount of pressure she used. She wasn’t chatty which I appreciated. The eucalyptus fragrance was a great upgrade. The whole experience was great, typically people are too rough- finally I had a good massage!

Lilli is an outstanding massage therapist. She is very knowledgeable about her profession. I will return to Lilli as she is so professional.

Best therapeutic massage in my Life. I have worked in 16 states, but none of the massage places can get close to Hand & Stone. Staff is very friendly, professional and helping. I have been with this place almost 2 months and go in every week for massage and most of them at reception remember me by my first name. My therapist is great and have guided me for the correct therapy to eliminate various pains and aches.

I like coming but have had problems with my appointments. I had 3 appointments canceled on me in a row meanwhile i wait at least 2 weeks to get an appt. Than I booked online for a massage with Zoe I get there and Scott comes out. When I questioned him he said you want to not do it but that was not my intentions I was just annoyed why my masseuse was changed. Scott was good though so I didnt pursue it. He spoke with the manager on duty Torrey. Torrey never came to me and apologized with all the problems I have been having or even offered me a special on my account nothing. Many times when I call leave a message for manager they don't call back.
