Counter staff proactively helped me link two online accounts that had been created with my email address. My therapist, Lori, is always very good and knows her stuff. I was able to get the type of massage I wanted during that visit.

Everyone was professional and attentive as well as prompt.

This was my first appointment with Ralph. He was excellent at checking in on pressure and comfort etc. he was also very friendly and through. Asked questions about what areas I needed/wanted work on. Asked for my consent before doing any glute work. I would definitely book with him again !

Dusti is an outstanding masseur. Professional in approach, but very friendly and recognizes when to chat and when to let the client just relax. Having been to Hand and Stone now for over 5 years I have always enjoyed the ambience at the Nona location. However, having a stand out masseur ensures every visit is outstanding and good value.
