From start to finish, the experience was great. The massage therapist really hit my problem areas and I walked away relaxed and in less pain.

Despite the therapists running behind, she more than made up for being late. She was knowledgeable and did an amazing job. I was very happy with her skills.

Scott is great. He understands that I'm an athlete and I'm there to treat my muscles- not to just have lotion rubbed on me. I had back pain for months and I asked for some IT band & piriformis work but he felt how it was connected to my back issue and fixed me within a couple of visits. I love the Lake Nona Hand & Stone, though. It smells good in there.

I really enjoy the staff at this location; they are all friendly and helpful. The therapist I like is also tremendous & helped me work out an issue that had plagued me for several months. My only issue is that my therapist is extremely popular & I have had to miss massages because her calendar was already full so I had to miss a month.

Stephanie was sweet and kind and very knowledgeable. The staff and atmosphere is always amazing in lake Nona.
