The therapist was very knowledgeable and she worked on specific areas. I was in pain when I came in but no pain when I left. The receptionist convinced me to do monthly massages.

I always look forward to my massage therapy treatment at Lake Nona Hand and Stone. It truly is my little get away oasis. From the moment I walk in to the reception area diffusing gorgeous fragrance of essential oils to leaving the spa feeling extremely relaxed as though walking on clouds. Love Hand and Stone therapy!
