My experience with my therapist Ashley is always wonderful. She respects my privacy and concentrates on my issues. My response to the appointment system is less than positive. I have had appointments drop off the system and have been told it's the website, don't use it....hardly a resolution. Also I don't need multiple reminders of my appointments especially 2 the day of. Very annoying, one the day before is plenty.
