Angie is the best! She worked on my shoulder which has been a problem for me for a while. I felt great after her massage.

Therapist was prompt at getting me from the lobby at the top of the hour. She did an excellent job addressing my problem areas. She earned my wanting to book with her again.

Scott is one of the best massage therapist I've had at H&S. Hope he doesn't leave anytime soon!! He can release the tension and get those trigger points with good pressure that doesn't cause bad pain. He is friendly and kind, and remembers me each time.

I was very satisfied with my massage and therapist this time. However, I canceled my past membership because I was very displeased with the time actually spent on the massage. Unlike other place I have been were the massage itself is a full hour not 45 minutes.

Appointments are easy to make. Knowledgeable staff. Rebooking is simple and I love the new to me services.for next time

My therapist was great and has always given a great massage

I have come to discover that regular massages are a key component for my physical health. I was two weeks behind due to having to reschedule, and allergies/tension the previous week had led to a three day headache. My massage fixed it, providing much needed relief.
