Front staff is friendly and polite Doranda knows her stuff and she friendly and awesome. Been going with her for 5 years.

Rylee is wonderful as always. She is always so attentive and makes the perfect recommendations every time I am with her. I have been going to her for a few years now and she a wonderful asset to your team. As for the receptionist, I have not seen her before, and the personality was not as inviting as what I am used to. She was NOT rude or unprofessional I just really enjoy when I have the personal welcome each time I come into the spa. Maybe a coaching opportunity. BUT again, please know she did not do anything specific to me.

There was some confusion with the charges in relation to gift certificates, but Carrie (manager) was responsive and resolved the issue quickly and in an open and honest manner. Integrity is very important to me, and the way she handled the situation made a huge difference in my opinion of whether I would return or not.

I always feel relax, less pain and confortable.
