Such an amazing experience. Everyone was professional and kind. The facility was clean and comfortable. My first time at Hand and Stone and it was amazing. I will definitely be returning. I've been going to Hand and Stone for a couple of years now, and I am always extremely happy with the facials I get from Duranda. She really has worked with me and taken the time to observe my skin, suggest and adjust my facials according to my needs. She has always recommended some amazing products that I have purchased, and I'm very satisfied of the results. Duranda is also very knowledgable in skin care, and she knows that I am very passionate about my skin care routine, so she is always a great source of knowledge for me. The receptionists and staff in front have always talked to me with respect and have always been friendly, and I've always been satisfied whether I've talked to them on the phone or in person to schedule my next appointment. I really enjoy the monthly subscription and the special perks of being a member. I'm always asked if I would like to elevate my facial which I like because sometimes I do forget to mention it. I've had everything from micro-derm abrasion done, hydra facials, LED light therapy, Himalayan salt, CBD, head massages, foot scrubs, waxing my eyebrows, I've probably tried every one of them and I always leave satisfied!

Ashley has been my therapist for a while and I think she is very good. She remembers exactly what and how I like my monthly massages. She relieves my knots and pain and leaves me totally relaxed! I leave in a happy place…
