Hand and Stone

Joseph was excellent. I said just a few words regarding my physical needs: “I’ve been playing golf and typing at my desk a lot.” He knew exactly what to do I don’t think I spoke at all during the visit other than asking him to turn the fan off. Excellent experience.

I was wanting to pamper myself and the facial was excellent. I came with my daughter and we both enjoyed our appointments. The lady that did my facial was very nice.

I get undressed fast and prefer not to wait. I am appreciative of last minute openings. I wish you had a location in Spring Branch.

My massage therapist was very knowledgeable. He knew exercises to help work my healing. The environment is always very pleasant.

My therapist was very knowlagable concerning my injury. She was very willing to accommodate my needs and was willing to work on my insured area for the most part of my visit. The over all expirance was very Profesional, I only wish my insurance would covery my therapeutic needs at this Hand and Stone, I believe my healing recovery would a lot sooner. Very wonderful expirance, just in one visit i gained more motion and less pain in my injures should.

I use Doranda for my facials and Shirley for my massages. I’m so pleased with both of them that I always ask for them. I’ve used many others but now have found the perfect fit for me.

Massage was great. Appointment did not start on time but I did get my full time Front desk didn't tell my therapist about my add on but I did and he retrieved the add on quickly

I think the services offered are many and great. I think the price is in line with the industry. My therapist was great. All of the staff was very helpful and nice.

I thought my therapist, Cassie, was excellent. She asked me what was bothering me most addressed those issues in the massage. She made sure the room temp was acceptable and overall did an excellent job. The check out with, I Nyla (I think that's her name) was great. She was so nice and very, very helpful in booking my next appointment. She also made the the checkout very easy. Overall a great team at Hand and Stone, Stone Oak.

Shirley was excellent especially working on my problem area. Can't wait to get another massage by her.
