Lived the massage and the people were very nice and. Friendly. I liked it so much and my daughter is also a member. But why did I have to pay to become a member? That was frustrating but I really liked it there. The massage the realist was great. She did a wonderful job.

Service was outstanding!!! I made the appointment in hopes of getting relaxation and I got more than that! My skin has not stopped glowing! Best part about it are the compliments I get at work. I thought it was only me, but several staff members at my job have noticed a difference as well. Hopefully I can get a discount for encouraging others to get service!!! All staff and especially My esthetician were superb!!! Thank you so much!!!

I was highly satisfied with Hand and Stone experience because everything I expected, was cover, such as: ambiance, the hygiene, the service, the value of the service.

I always book with Shirley. Her technique is very effective in relieving my tight neck and shoulder muscles. Any problem areas I come in with, she addresses them. She is very respectful of being quiet so that I can relax, and will chat with me if I initiate talk. My only complaint is that the 90 minute appointments are hard to get with her because she is so popular. Booking a month in advance is the best way to get her.

Therapist knowledge of the muscles. He told me my problem zones, actions that may have/could cause problems and recommended stretches that I could do at home to alleviate some of my problems.

As always I am very pleased when I leave your facility. Rylee and Laurie are so wonderful and make feel great and rejuvenated after each session.

Hand and Stone, being a chain facility is wonderful. I have used massage therapy for 20 years, but always an individual that I knew and trusted. I was a little skeptical using a chain but ease of appointments, the great staff out front, and the therapists make it a joy.

Once I found Doranda I was especially pleased and have been using her ever since. She has a technic that I really like. One that’s good for my skin and good for relaxation. She also seems knowledgeable on products and which ones I would like for my skin type.

I am highly satisfied with the service provided by Clarissa. She is not only knowledgeable but she also cares about the client. Every single time that I have a facial with her, I come out of there feeling happy and relaxed. I really want to thank Clarissa for a job well done and for making me have a great experience every time I go see her.
