This is a great location and the staff and therapists, especially Ashley, are competent, thorough and friendly. I had to wait a little bit for my appointment and felt like I didn't quite get my full time, though, because the staff was attending to other customers when I arrived.

I’ve had lots of massages. Some at fancy spas and then I was a member of Massage Envy for years. I find Hand & Stone to be more spa like than their chain competitors.
