I’ve been coming to this location for awhile. Before making my first appointment, I called to find out if anyone was knowledgeable to Fibromyagia. I always see Chris, he is personable, knowledgeable and friendly!

Sarah is an aestetician goddess. She has got to be one of the most personable, knowledgeable, kind people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and I loved that she was so warm and inviting. She was extremely gentle with my skin and shared with me everything she was doing and why. During the whole process she gave me tips and recommendations on how to improve the tone and quality of my skin so that I felt like I got to be an active participant in my skin care. Nothing she said was done in a way that felt like shaming or belittling, it felt very empowering the way the information was presented. As a student nurse, empowering people to be active participants in their care is a vital aspect of what we do, and I LOVED that Sarah approached me in this way.

Every time I schedule an appointment, I get perfect reminders and confirmation texts. I arrive a little before and the reception staff knows my name and then immediately gets me set up with any forms I need to digitally sign. I have yet to have a therapist run late or provide sub-par service. I really like Hand and Stone at 281 in San Antonio.
