Loved the look of the place and the friendly atmosphere of the staff.

I'm always satisfied with hand and stone because of the environment and employees. My massage therapist was very nice as always. Very attentive to the areas that were aching most and he wanted to be up to date with my concerns.

Everyone was courteous and friendly from the moment I walked in to the time I walked out. My aesthetician was professional and knowledgeable, my service was exceptional.

My esthetician was new to Hand and Stone- I have a membership but have never utilized the facial portion of the membership. She was very sweet, receptive and respectful of my time and needs. I have scheduled a return visit. The only downfall is that I was told I could use my credits for my microdermabrasion when scheduling but upon checking out, was told I was not able to use my points or credits. That is the portion that I am confused and feel dissatisfied with. The inconsistency of information that was provided to me.

Sylvia was thorough - just excellent! I left feeling relaxed and with less pain.

Love my esthetician Sarah. She is so amazing. Always up on products and knowledgeable.

Laurie B is an amazing massage therapist and is truly the reason I come back. She is excellent.

Ive been a memeber for a few years and have had such an improvment with my skin and its all becuase ive had the guidance from sarah, my esthetician on TPC parkway
