I tend to book with the same massage specialists. She’s very friendly and has a calming way of talking. Her massages are great as well and she can tailor the massage to problem areas

My facial was amazing!!! I’m new to facials & I learned more about face and my specific needs for it than I’ve ever known. I will definitely return. Hot stone massages with I think (Shelly?) were wonderful. Laurie and Chris are amazing at massages. I like super super firm & Chris is the best I've ever had. Laurie would be my choice after him. Thank you for wonderful experiences at H&S!!

Although I did not technically receive a massage but more of a pressure point session I was incredibly satisfied after. I left pain free and my therapist was highly receptive to my needs. I have not left pain free from a massage in years and I am beyond grateful. Although it wasn’t massage in the true sense of the word my therapist knew what I needed and I feel great! I already rebooked.

Scott is an amazing therapist and really takes the time to work out any problem spots. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. I always enjoy coming in!

They go above and beyond with covid precautions to keep you safe. Staff is very professional and friendly.
