Overall experience left me highly satisfied. Although, I was not given an option to choose a massage therapist or learn about their qualifications while booking appointment online, the massage therapist seemed very knowledgeable and was very friendly. At the end of my session, I was escorted to the lobby and I wanted to compliment the staff and give feedback on my experience, but there was only one staff member talking on the phone with another customer but she seemed to be bothered that I was waiting for her to finish and I just left.
