After I complained to multiple people they made my appointment. I asked why there is an extra charge for couple massage but didn’t know. She did waive the fee this time. No one can tell me why they can’t be booked on weekends either.

The receptionists and massage therapist made me feel welcomed and valued!

My massage therapist Lentron is terrific. Very knowledgeable of the body structure and attentive to pain issues.

I have been going constantly for over a year now and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Jordan is incredible…. BEYOND incredible. She is so knowledgeable and helped me feel confident in my skin again. When I first started getting facials at Hand and Stone I had horrible acne all over and in about 8 months I had clear skin again. So so thankful!

Judy is the best massage therapist I've ever had!! She is the reason, I became a member and will continue to be one as long as she's with the company. She is very knowledgeable and focuses on areas that need extra attention. Also, she's warm, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Judy!

The staff is very friendly. And the massage therapists I have used are very good.

Tiffany gave me the best overall massage treatment that I have ever had. Really, this experience is #1 over all other massages I have had in my life. She made me feel very pampered and did her best to try to get me to relax. I marked not very likely to return as I cannot afford to get massages at the full price, not because of any dissatisfaction. And I will wait days and weeks to see Tiffany if I have to when I do pull together money again.

Judi did an amazing job getting the knots out os my back! She even found knots I didn't know I had. it was a great way to start a relaxing day off.

I was called in a few minutes late (3-4)- but still received a full hour massage. Mini hot stones were amazing and a good value. Archer was great - asked good questions and listened carefully. I really appreciated the cranial massage - want more of that in the future!
